Who is Susannah, and what is she watching?

Susannah Marie (Bennett) Darnall Lowe was born in Annapolis in 1666. She lived in the original manor house (our B&B) in the late 1600’s, at the time was known as Fenwick Manor, or Part of De la Brooke. Susannah had ten children while living in the house, she died at age 48 in 1714. Susannah is still on the property today, and has been watching over the Patuxent River for the last 300 years.
