Room Rates

Each room is based on double occupancy and includes free parking, breakfast, complimentary WIFI, and use of the designated common areas.

Not Allowed at Susannah’s Watch

• Smoking indoors
• Burning candles and/or incense inside or outside the property
• Additional guests inside or outside the property unless previously coordinated.
• Decorating guest rooms using tape, tacks, or other adhesive.
• Pets in guest rooms unless previously coordinated.

Susannah’s Watch is on an old Septic System

• Only flush toilet paper
• Specifically, do not flush paper towels, kleenex, sanitary products, or wipes.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: 3pm, early/late arrivals can be coordinated ahead of time.

Check-out: 11am, late check outs can be coordinated ahead of time.

Lights & Locking up

The Innkeepers will be in and around the property during your stay, and typically turn off the lights in the common areas and lock the exterior doors around 10:30 pm each night. The door code you are given at check-in will provide access after exterior doors are locked.
