Pain au Chocolat




Also known as a chocolate croissant, is made from the same laminated layers of dough that give croissants their characteristically crisp, buttery texture. Each croissant is 3.25 oz and serves one. These just out of the oven croissants are made from wheat flour, butter, sugar, milk, yeast, salt, vanilla, sugar, cocoa powder, and eggs.
